How to Give Meagan Foster Back Her Arm
Yeah, I noticed that. It was only when I altered the past, that she got un-maimed. I don't know how or why, but it definitely seems tied to that "made the whole world a better place for years" thing.
When you knockout Stilton in mission 7, he doesn't go missing. Megan, all those years ago, storms his place looking for him. Kills a few guards, but they take her arm and eye. So, because you went and changed things, he never goes missing, she never goes looking for him and keeps all her bits
Make sure you explore the ship everytime you go back to it. It'll give you all the backstory you need for her. Also use the heart on her.

Well, spoiler alert.
When you finished mission7, the mine owner Stilton is saved because you altered the past. Megen was a miner there, she lost her arm any eye there too.(from the conversation at the dust district with Megan) So the salvation of Stilton helped Megan to recover.

Yeah, you caught me mid edit. I couldn't think of his name for some reason lol.
Also if you leave him alone, things don't change, he stays crazy and the house stays as it was when you started. If you kill him, the house is somewhat fixed up and goes up for sale. The town itself only changes if you knock him out. Plus he'll be there for your planning to go after the Duke.

Huh. I didn't know that was ever established.
I though her injuries come from the bad end of Knife of Dunwall where Daud kills her

Also: in Death of the Outsider that fact is very, very important.

Playing it for a second time ina long time. Just discovered that alternate ending to the time travel mission, didn't have a clue it existed.
Yup, there are many ways to get through that mission, and the one specifically canon is to knock Stilton out, keeping Meagan's arm and eye intact . there are four maps to that mission, the 'present/broken down', the 'past/party', the 'present/sold', and 'present/active'. Very impressive work on the developers part.
